freshmen of the year

LOL. iono. this title was...yeah just some random title i chose.
this is waaay overdue, but i was thinking about this year in review, and i found that this year...well, it was a lot better than i thought. yeah, there were lots of rants and "GAH GUH I HATE THIS" rants and like badness, but in the end, i think it turned out really cools.
so some things that made this year awesome:

1) new friends/bonding with existing ones
2) track
3) finding out that a lot of the stuff i ranted about...well, they were pretty much resolved or were just misconceptions/didnt exist

so to elaborate on #1
i think jeremy was the biggest person involved in that. ahahaha. seriously, i bet a bunch of you think we're gay. in fact, he got a lotta questions (even if it was joking). but yeah. i mean, we've had lotsa downs, and ive done some things im not so proud of, and ive probably even started a whole huge chain reaction of crap to mess up your life. and seriously, im sorry. but at the same time, im grateful we're still friends. =) i guess, in the long run, we've had waaay more ups than downs. fershizzles. yeah, you're probably one of the few people i know best. in fact, sometimes it feels you're the only person i hang out with. which is why i try to get some "variety", adding avery and other people into the mix, so i dont seem like im relying so heavily on you. its nice and all, but what happens a lot of the times is that when ur at meetings, im usually wandering around like a lil loner. -__________- (hahahaha nooow you guys know all about my secret/not so secret loner life aha) but yeah, im not very good at confiding in other people for secrets, but thats also because i dont really have a buncha secrets and other crap going on in my life. but i try telling you. some stuff. even though they really dont seem that big in light of all the stuff everyone else (and you) has to deal with. but anyway im glad that you told me those things. i dont care if everyone else in the world knew before me. the fact that you told me, its awesome. and i think this whole friendship is awesome. its only been, what, like...a year...maybe a year and 3/4 at most...and i know you sooo much. i know, sometimes i get frustrated when you say stuff and you're all like cynical and mean and stuff, but...its cool. i know most of the time you're joking. sometimes you're serious. and sometimes its because other stuff's upsetting you. and i guess ive gotten to understand that now. and sometimes, i feel you're way "out of my league" so to speak...like you know so much more than me and you're so much deeper and more thoughtful and all that crap. but yeah. you've really grown on me. so thank you for the awesome year. and PS, dont worry about my days in july-august. im going to try to keep the weirdness away from there. if you get my drift. if you dont...ill tell u in person. aha.

and of course theres other kewls people who ive gotten the pleasure of knowing this year, like like like...
joe (i remember i used to be a jerk to you..im sorry D:),avery (weirdo white guy), michelle (yay blogging!), and isabel (issssssssh, kinda sorta...i think im just biased towards bloggers XD)
^sounds like an honorable mention list, but its not! because i hate honorable mention. XD


soooo, next. track.

well, yeah. im pretty shy and i dont really talk to anyone on the team much (except some of the freshmen and sophomores), so i dont really know many of you seniors well. but i will say that i will sureeeeeee miss them. yeah i think ive explained that already. :D but thanks to those seniors who at least tried to get to know me, like jan and cindy and you guys. awesome people, i swear.
and then of course, the running was so fun. it was literally my life during season. id go on blogger and all id post about would be track. and just the feeling of breaking your own records and PRing! best feeling in the world. and i think my favortie races this whole season would be:
(this is in order)
1) 4x4 relay @ oaks christian with raydang, alvinchou, and sattikghosh =) (2nd in frosh =)
2) 800m @ oxford, april 9th (clocked a 240 :/ not a PR, but 2nd in my heat...2nd to freaking moses oh...i swear imma beat him next year >_>)
3) 4x8 relay @ oaks christian with robertfranklin, jamesbilas, and raydang =) (2nd in frosh again =)
4) 1600m @ gahr (prelims)...556...totallllly didnt expect that :D

so yeah. enough loser talk. on to the next subject!

oh. right. well yeah. a lot of the problems ive ranted about in this year (about 99.99999%) all were 1) fake/misconceptions/misunderstandings 2) jokes.
as you can see, i have a tendency of overreacting. but thats a lot better than if those things were actually true and blah.
of course, i did have one actual problem-ish, but again, that was my fault. the whole self-inflicted pain crap. but...well its not over well kinda...iono its...lingering? or its there but its nullified... but still. whatever. i hope you dont hold a grudge =/ and yeah. i guess i havent really been a really good friend to you like i should...sorry. (i wrote that in your insert too i think...so hahaha you have enough of that). but yeah. i guess it kinda sucks that i started that whole chain rxn (HEHEHE FB APP IM A LOSAAHH).

BUT EFF THAT. sophomore year is coming straight ahead. w00t? nawwww. i still wish i were a kindergartener. they have it waaaay better than us. -sigh- the good ol days. when i would waste my days playing with my little pokemon figurines while the TV was playing tapes/VCRs (ZOMFG DAYUM) of my fave shows/movies, e.g. pokemon (LOL), the little mermaid (LMAO), sleeping beauty (LMFAO), and that one tape collection of looney tunes cartoons (awwwwwww....w/ tweety and that one cat). i still think tweety is maj cute. :D and i bet i can still remember some of the cartoons...makes me wanna TOTALLY rewatch. which i should. because i still have em anyway.

sooo yeah. that was quite a nice, long, juicy post. dontcha think? i love those. :D
