4 by 400 relay and ironmen!

so ive been doing some reflections lately...for some reason.. about track season.
yeah, imma...track buff? LOL. anyways, i have offficially decided the 4x4 is the best race by far. here is why:
1) its freakin awesome screaming your lungs off for your team!
2) its even awesomer when you're running it...its just such a fun race to run (i say from personal experience at oaks christian :P)

seriously though, its aweomse running that 400 leg. its just, getting the feel of the baton and taking off with it, and having everyone cheer their butts off on the last leg, that makes the cramping and heavy breathing at the end worth it. not to mention all that super adrenaline. :D which ive grown to like. :D

yeaaah. but not so for the olympics. boo olympics. mostly because all the track runners who get acclaim are the 100 meter runners. BOO OLYMPICS. i bet nobody knows who jeremy wariner is. D: BOOO. or lashawn merritt. (i think thats his name?). but everybody knows usain bolt. (maybe not asafa powell or tyson gay, but you get my point).

but still, 4x4 dominates all.

IRONMAN. everyone who did it, you guys are all awesome. for just going out there and showing some balls.
but christopher platt is even awesomer! you beat greg! and guess what. YOU CHASED HIM DOWN. in the running. which proves that you should be doing track because ur better at the running than at swimming. teehee. just something to consider. :P
but sucks for greg. senior year, and he loses. D: that must feel...terrible. esp losing to a freshman.

so i gotta work on hw. bio test tomorrow. LAST TEST OF THE YEAR. :D
