sooo...it was:
5 intervals of 200m, going at almost full speed, recovery between intervals=200m jog.
zeeennn i did little pyramids...so start off slow then speed up to sprint then slow then sprint and so on. so did like 6 laps of those, rest between each lap (and i did a wall sit for 1:30 between 3&4 i think). then three cooldown (not really cooldown a little faster) laps. yeah. so i was like uber tired and sore and stuff. but its worth it.

by joe request i will blog. wow. havent blogged in ferrrever. i think its cuhs ive just been really really really really bored. oh. here. imma do a vlog to replace this post...yeah anyways...the vlog is underneath. now...for other stuff. hehe this weekend was a good weekend for me at church. i shared saturday night (young peoples meeting) and i actually brought myself to share for the first time in the big lords table meeting w/ all the adults and elders and whatnot. kinda intimidating but im glad i did it. ahaha really glad. im pretty sure this was my fave lords day meeting so far. aha i tend to enjoy the ones in which i partake in myself. and its really striking. like how everything we do has to be for the lord. ike when we read the bible, IT HAS TO BE FOR HIM, like everything we do in our christian life should be focused on pleasing god and not ourselves or other people. the whole point is god, and our heart has to be right, and we need to do it willingly too. its not just going thru the motions. its a sincere desire to please god and bring forth a candid and sincere offering to him. its not us first, its god first, and just giving him a total surrender, the "keys to our hearts." aha and i feel i really need to remember that, its the only way god can be pleased and the only way that he can work through us. k technical difficulties for uploading lol. soooooo tomorrow or sometime later this week?

CHRISTMAS DAY WAS HACKIN FUN! aha. like at night, ben, alfred, kristie, and janice were over (all cousins except janice, shes my sister) and then we played kemps. AHAHAH THAT WAS SO FUN KEMPS IS SO FUN. and then so it was like 1-1: me and ben dominated second match, kristie and janice dominated first. and then we played (ALL OF US) HIDE AND GO SEEK FREEZE TAG! OMFG THAT WAS LIKE THE TIME OF MY LIFE. AHAHA SO FUN. ahaha i think that was one of the funnest things all year.
