phew. i be tired. just went on a mass running spree workout blah.
sooo...it was:
5 intervals of 200m, going at almost full speed, recovery between intervals=200m jog.
zeeennn i did little pyramids...so start off slow then speed up to sprint then slow then sprint and so on. so did like 6 laps of those, rest between each lap (and i did a wall sit for 1:30 between 3&4 i think). then three cooldown (not really cooldown a little faster) laps. yeah. so i was like uber tired and sore and stuff. but its worth it.
BECAUSE TRACK SEASON'S HERE! WHOOO!

yeah. uhhhhh. yeaaah. wow james bilas showed up today. LOL cuz he was "deathly sick" yesterday LMFAO we put him on speaker during class to see if he was gonna show up to take french comp ahahaha.

YOU NEED TO GET A READABLE FEED (which means that you can't be all private which means you're violating what the cyber ethics thing today was saying hahha). because that's how people comment. cause after the following tool was made then it went from like 1 --> 4 comments. so yeah
trying to get eric h to join reminds me of mid school track haha. rememember 7th grade (..didja do track in 7th? i think you did. but im not sure D: ) asking girls to join was like that lol. cause we needed 1 more to do relay & then yeah. just all the persuasion reminds me of that.
