ummmmssss.. ohh! and then jan and all these crazy fast people spotted the people who were jacking the backpacks. =O and so they RAN THEM DOWWNNNNN!!!!! and followed them to this one house. and then super-buff HENRY+EDWARD are/were waiting outside the house where they areee. and so jan got the SIA to go to the house....and i need to find out what happened after that... but dayummm CSI:Whitney Edition. :D

oh haha isabel track is not a code thing. aiight lemme try translating:
400m=1/4 of a mile
72&76 are seconds and times. sooo 72= 1 min 12 seconds. basically, the guideline for guys doing 400 repeats is 75 seconds. so anything around 75 is good, for repeats at least. when it comes race times, sub 60 is good. yeah you kinda have to learn the track standards to understand, but please, dont bother looking it up. =P
ummmssss...what else....so ben is at my house. we're supposed to be working on the bio project but instead we're pretty much fooling around. ben is freaking addicted to lil wayne for some reason even though i really really really dislike him. -___-

sooo today-->2 greens, 2 wall to walls (33 pace, i kept up :D getting fastahhh), 3 400 repeats. 71--73/74 (it was like borderrr)--76. then 500m (by this time my stomach was hurting real bad and i kinda felt like barfing sooo 1:48 ><) then 200m (still feeling bad) 31.04 (dayum thats sloowwww). so yeah. but the 400 repeats are getting faster. :D the 71 was like...unexpected cuz i didnt feel i was giving it that much (keep in mind that 71 was my 400 time, pretty much all out, at beginning of season)

(wtf!?!?!?) and then we got to the finance office exit area (MPR hallway?) where theres the door, and then alex opened the door, and there was this random lady in black and she was like HOLD OPEN THE DOOR! and then i detected that she was the con artist and the moment alex took control of the door she'd shoot him with his hands full so i ran away. and then afterwards i saw someone from the group and asked and sure enough alex got shot. and then it jumped to brices' class where we were like going lockdown mode and like hiding under desks in caution of the murder person. and yeaahh. and the whole time it seemed really real. and my heart was beating like freaking crazy.
so yeaaah that was my dream last night.

haha and you know at first when i was little i did the look at keyboard and type. i hated the whole like keep your fingers stable and move middle ring and pinky for different assigned letters. i think the only fingers i use for typing are my index and middle fingers. yeah pretty much...who uses their pinkys? except for them peoples who learned to be all neat and organized. haha i did a 77 just now. with 4 mistakes. yeah. its fun doing typing tests. :D

anyways i dropped out of the 300H cuz i thought i was gonna be doing too many events. turns out that in the end i only did 4. and that the 300 hurdlers had terrible form. >< couldve beaten them. but its okay. i prolly needed more practice anyways. yeaah. so we went to oaks christian. and thats the school where will smith’s son goes. AND JESSICA MA AND JANE SAW WILL SMITH FREAKING WTFFF SOO JEALOUS. lucky themmm. haha ate banaanaaa! it actually does work! my new favorite fruit. :D

4x4 relay—>alvin, me, raymond, anddd satttiikkk ghooossshhh. alvin was beassst and so was sattik. and raymond too! i was..ehhh. sattik said i did good holding on. and matthias (younger coach’s son) said i did good for a shorty. :D yeaah. 2nd place wooot!

michelle: argggh yeaaahh. its shoo retarded. they tell us to do 400 rpts, and they expect boys to do under 75 seconds. if kept for a mile thats like 5:00 flat. and its like, NOONE can do a 5 flat. and they say its pacing for the rpts. they're like you should be able to keep this up...but pretty much noone can. so that in itself is pretty hypocritical. and it does take people trying...you can see they're never going pace...but yeah it sucks cuz they always say, "yeah we're not disappointed" but inside its like "DUDE WTF GO FASTER HURRY DUDE YOU SUCK!" sorta thing. =/ haha yeah but like i thought i added completely right cuz yeah i thought i had "d" right so i didnt check D: oohhh dang your mistake really sucks though. =/ but gratz on your 100/over 100 on the test anyways! smartayyypantsss. haha makeshift hurdles are the closest i can get.
