GAAAH! mile in 5:19 on tuesday. and i took like 4 breaks in between. but they were only 5 second breaks. my cardio totally succkeed tuesday. after i didnt run miles for like 1 week, i guess its normal that your cardio/endurance goes down. but. i KNOW i ran all 13 laps. opposed to some of the times when i run it in 5:18 but skipped a lap. so i guess skipping a lap makes up for short 5 second breaks. (but the day i ran it in 5:16 i actually ran all 13 laps so yeaaah). but yeaaaah. i think i run slower in my nikes. plus i like my adidas better. XD

yesterday i ran only half a mile. cuhs i really needed to uhhh. use the restroom. number 2. so yeaaah. haha. but i still ran it in record time. 2:34! hoorayy!

then i swam 12 laps. instead of usual 10. :O

yeaah. tomorrow is the last day of summer school!! haha. yes im so happy.

ahhh. why wont andy and shivvy come on AIM. i need to ask if they can go to batman! probably not shivanti but maybe andy?

yeah.. so if ANYONE wants to watch batman this saturday, its @ MALL. 12:50 i think. geesh. i think i need to call andy.

yeaah. so going to NH (new hampshire) this saturday. flying jetblue. hahaha. with extra legroom. XD yeah. they have a treadmill in the basement. and their neighboorhood is like a huge circle. and its in pretty nature. so i can run there. to improve my cardio. and improve my running skills. even more. and continue my "summer conditioning"
